SURFHOUSE MAROC

Booking and Payment Terms

  1. Reservation Confirmation: Upon receiving confirmation of the reservation from SURFHOUSE MAROC, the customer must make a deposit of 20% of the total booking amount within two weeks to secure the reservation.
  2. Payment Deadline: The remaining balance must be settled no later than four weeks prior to the arrival date.
  3. Payment Methods: Payments can be made via PayPal or international bank transfer.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  1. Cancellation by Customer:Total cost of deposit is refundable up to 30 days prior to the holiday start date only.
  2. Cancellation by SURFHOUSE MAROC:In the event of failure to receive either the deposit or balance by the specified due dates, SURFHOUSE MAROC reserves the right to cancel the reservation and retain the deposit.

Booking Amendments:

  1. Changes by SURFHOUSE MAROC:SURFHOUSE MAROC reserves the right to change bookings due to situations beyond its control. Customers will be informed as soon as possible, and alternative arrangements will be offered. However, SURFHOUSE MAROC does not accept responsibility for any costs incurred, including airfare.

Force Majeure and Limitation of Liability:

  1. Force Majeure Events:SURFHOUSE MAROC shall not be liable for any failures beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, acts of God, closure of airports, civil strife, accidents, or failure to perform by third parties, including suppliers and subcontractors.
  2. Loss or Damage:SURFHOUSE MAROC accepts no liability for loss, damage, injury, or illnesses occurring during the customer's stay or while traveling to and from SURFHOUSE MAROC.

Insurance Recommendation:

  1. Travel Insurance:It is recommended that all customers have adequate travel, cancellation, and medical insurance for the duration of the trip. SURFHOUSE MAROC accepts no liability for customers who fail to obtain appropriate insurance coverage.
